- BT20 is Bluetooth specification V4.0, back compatible with Bluetooth 2.0, 2.1 and 3.0 for wide-ranging use.Fanvil BT20 is a USB dongle that enables Bluetooth connectivity on a compatible Fanvil IP phone, so you can use a Bluetooth headset with HD audio. BT20 offers a 10m (33ft) wireless range. It’s a plug-and-play dongle with a low profile, so you can just leave it in the phone.
