The Fanvil C01 call center IP Phone is newest innovation for Call Centers Agents. The phone is designed to take up very little space in the booth while satisfying all the basic requirements of call centers agents. Attach any kind of receiver either via RJ-9 or 3.5 mm Standard Headset connector. To increase productivity and comfort of the agent and its clients we recommend 2 headphone headsets that allow the Agent to completely focus on the conversation without being distracted from noises around them. Two hear piece headphones balance audio improved and allow the agent work more relaxed. In conjunction with our Xenexx Headsets you can even take benefit of wideband HD audio that allows crystal clear conversations.
The Fanvil C01 call center IP Phone incorporates a phone book that allows to store up to 500 contacts and the big 128 x 48 pixel LCD give the agent full control over the conversation. The agent will see the phone number or the Name of the person he is calling on the display while being in the conversation.
The numerical dial pad is designed for fast and instinctive dialing while the phone hook lets the headset to be stored suitably when not in use while keeping the workspace clean and neat. Extra keys for Volume Control, Hold, Redial, Mute and Transfer the call to another agent or manager make this phone perfect for the use in any Contact Center.
The Fanvil C01 even supports advanced feature like a combined PoE port that allows powering the phone through Network cable in conjunction with a PoE Switch. This way you can assure that your Contact Center is working even in case of a power failure within your office or building.
A second LAN Port on the Fanvil C01 allows connecting a computer to the Internet without the need of extra Network cables to be pulled. All this not only allows to keep the office clean but also makes it much easier to find potential problems if something is not working.
The Fanvil C01 call center IP Phone even supports Open VPN allowing using these phones as remote extensions for managers working from home or in a remote office with VoIP Thailand’s Hosted IP PBX Solutions.
