The X2 Call center phone in comes with a 2.8 Inch Colour Screen for enhanced visual clarity. The Inbuilt EHS Support allows you to use any professional headset with this phone. It has HD Voice support to ensure high-quality communication between the call center agent and customers. Additionally, the X2 Call center phone support Pedal Switch to manage the calls. This feature is highly effective for busy inbound call centers. This is the First such phone allowss you to control the call flow with the foot.
- Fanvil X2 Phone in has two SIP Line Support and Inbuilt PoE for easy connectivity. The EHS Headset in this phone effectively uses EHS supported wired or wireless headsets. The X2 interface in is built with high user-friendliness. There is big LED Illuminated buttons for Answer, Mute and Hold. In a call center point of view, these are the buttons heavily used by the agents.
